Johnny Valdes Jazz Trio
Johnny Valdes is a guitarist, composer and singer from Modesto Ca. He has been playing professionally for more than two decades and is currently signed to the Rhythmus record label started by legendary musician/producer Ray Obiedo. His influences include Wes Montgomery, Bill Evans, Jimi Hendrix, Pat Martino, John Coltrane and Charlie Parker. He’s recorded with Jazz legend John Stowell and has also performed with Barry Finnerty (Miles Davis), and David K. Matthews (Santana). Johnny has also performed with Mic Gillette and Marc van Wageningen (Tower of Power). He’s currently preparing for the release of his debut album.
