The MSO’s 96th Season kicks off with a powerful performance of resilience and triumph. Valerie Coleman’s Seven O’Clock Shout, a moving tribute to human connection through isolation, will be followed by Rachmaninoff’s heartachingly beautiful Piano Concerto No. 2, featuring soloist Janice Carissa. The program concludes with Beethoven’s triumphant Symphony No. 5.
